THE SEABROOK VILLAS

 

These waterfront villas have an abundance of outdoor entertainment areas starting with the top observation deck and its spectacular views of the skyline of New Orleans to the middle of Lake Pontchartrain.

The main deck has table and chairs to dine 14, plus a stainless steel gas grill, while the lower deck is right on the water’s edge.   These 6 bedroom, 5 bath villas can be rented in a section of 1 bedroom/1 bath to the entire villa.   The Caribbean themed colors of the living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sofa sleeper, plus a sleeping loft for children.   The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and granite countertops.  Four of the bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen and one has 2 twin beds.   Each bedroom has a TV plus access to mini refrigerator and coffee pot.
